Meet the best iPods ever.

Apple officially unveiled three new stunning iPods today, September 5th 2007.

1.  First there’s the new fatty iPod Nano

Sporting a new form factor, the new iPod Nano is smaller yet has a larger and brighter display and it plays video now.  It comes in 4GB and 8GB models with a starting price at just $149.

2.  The new 6th generation iPod dubbed iPod Classic

This is an evolution of the winning design that has brought more and more people to Apple.  It comes in 80GB and 160GB varieties with a starting price of $249 and $349 for the top end.  The interface is enhanced, there’s Cover Flow taken from the iPhone, and the design is sleeker and better than ever.

3.  Finally, the rumored touchscreen iPod called iPod Touch

Here’s the big one.  Almost similar to the iPhone in everyway except it’s not a phone.  It sports the multi-touch interface from the iPhone, has the gorgeous 3.5 inch widescreen display, has Wi-Fi web browsing, you can download songs, and has 22 hours of battery life for music.  It comes in 8GB and 16GB versions at $299 and $399 respectively.  It is flash based and not hard drive based, but the 8mm thick hardware design is absolutely amazing.

Besides these three new models, there’s also the iPod Shuffle and Apple iPhone.

I’m definitely getting one of these.
